Prang's Precast Shows More Rain on the Way

The third round of showers and thunderstorms is forming, but at this time it looks like the main threats will still be heavy rain and lowland flooding. We will continue to monitor the situation. There are no guarantees in this pattern. We have Florida-like humidity out there and we still remain in a slight risk for severe weather tonight. This means we still cannot totally rule out a gusty thunderstorm and some hail later tonight. The highest risk for that activity would likely be from Indianapolis southward. This could all change if our warm front charges northward a little sooner. Speaking of that warm front, tomorrow with a warm front moving north of our area we could be in another risk for severe weather. Stay tuned for the latest on Live Doppler 18.

Thanks for the precast update, Mike. I'm feeling at least a bit more optimism than I was earlier in the day.

My map's say that it will be here with the strongest by 10:00pm and go through midnight. But the whole thing will be off and on through out the night but like I said the worst is between 10:00pm and midnight.
